The ideal Demi Chef will be fully qualified and have a minimum of at least 2 years live cooking experience (preferably in Teppanyaki). You will be an enthusiastic, dynamic team player with excellent customer service skills.  You will need to be flexible and work well under pressure. You must be motivated with a high level of character and charisma, with the ability to provide personality and flair to the outlet.  This position requires the individual to display strong interpersonal skills.  Knowledge of the Japanese culture and cuisine would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will also be flexible and able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and possess a New Zealand residence permit or a current work visa valid for at least 12 months.
